Part 1: Calls, Texts, and Our AI Receptionist

1. Messaging Program Name

JCER Welding Automated Messaging Program, operated by JCER Welding (JCER Welding Construction LLC).

2. How Our AI Receptionist Works

When you call or text our business number, your call or message may be answered by our automated AI receptionist instead of a team member. The AI receptionist can:

  • Answer common questions about our services
  • Collect your name, phone number, property address, and project details
  • Book, reschedule, or cancel appointments
  • Take a message so our team can follow up with you
  • Connect you with a team member or alert our team for urgent requests

Conversations may be fully automated. If you would like to speak with a person, just say so and our team will follow up with you as soon as possible.

3. Call Recording and Transcripts

Calls and text conversations handled by our AI receptionist may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized so our team can review your request and serve you accurately. By continuing a call or text conversation with us, you agree to this.

4. What Our Text Messages Are For

By opting in, you agree to receive automated text messages from JCER Welding. These may include responses to your inquiries, appointment scheduling and reminders, quotes, invoices, service updates, customer support follow ups, and promotional offers.

5. How You Opt In

You opt in by texting our business number, or by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you call, request a quote, or book a service. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any service from us.

6. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 3 to 4 messages per month, or more depending on your conversation with our AI receptionist.

7. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges come from your mobile carrier based on your plan.

How to Stop Text Messages

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to +1 (512) 316-4083. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive automated SMS messages from us, including from our AI receptionist.

To start receiving messages again, text START to the same number.

9. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Your Privacy

Your mobile number and text messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. To learn how we collect, use, and protect your information, please read our Privacy Policy.

Part 2: General Terms of Service

11. Our Services

JCER Welding Construction LLC provides welding, metal construction, and general construction services for residential, commercial, and ranch properties. The scope of each project is described in your written estimate.

12. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are based on the information and site conditions available at the time. Prices may change if the scope of work, material costs, or site conditions change. Unless stated otherwise, estimates are valid for 30 days.

13. Scheduling and Site Access

We confirm your appointment or project date in advance. Please provide safe, clear access to the work area. Weather and material availability may affect schedules, and we will keep you informed.

14. Payments

Payment terms, including any deposit, are listed on your estimate or invoice. Invoices are due by the date shown.

15. Changes to the Work

Changes to the agreed scope, design, or materials should be approved in writing and may affect the price and completion date.

16. Workmanship and Warranty

Any warranty is provided in writing with your estimate or invoice. Warranties do not cover misuse, accidents, changes made by others, or normal wear and tear.

17. Job Site Safety

Welding and construction involve heat, sparks, and heavy equipment. Please keep children, pets, and visitors away from active work areas.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

20. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
